A large bank is looking for chief technology officer; higher education; working enlgish; 3+ years experience; wide and proven knowledge in it infrastructure of businesses with large number of clients (banking, telecom, retail goods distribution etc); it service processes control and improvement; manage and continue development of it service kpis; outsourcing partners relations management; pro-active position in improving areas adjacent to ones of primary responsibilities; control and optimization of costs of it services; strong management skills; good communication skills;
